What people usually ask

If it's not here, call or text — you'll get the same straight answer.

Every property and every animal situation is different, so we don't quote blind. It starts with a thorough inspection — foundation to roofline — and you get a written estimate with the full scope before any work begins. No surprise add-ons mid-job.
Most visits are route-scheduled within days. Urgent situations — an animal inside an occupied room, aggressive wildlife, active property damage — get priority scheduling. Call or text and we'll tell you honestly when we can be there.
You'll get an arrival window. Trapping and treatment visits run on planned routes so every customer gets efficient service, and we communicate clearly if a window shifts.
Exclusion work is backed by a written warranty scoped to the work performed — if wildlife re-enters through a point we sealed, we come back and make it right. See how our warranty works for exactly what's covered and how claims are handled.
The method is determined by Montana FWP regulations and the situation — not preference. Some species can be released on site after exclusion; others may not legally be relocated. Everything we do is humane and fully compliant, and we'll explain the plan before we start.
No — and anyone who says yes is a red flag. During maternity season, flightless pups can be trapped inside if adults are excluded, so evictions are timed around seasonal windows. See the wildlife calendar for how timing works.
We clean and sanitize the areas our work touches. When a job calls for full attic restoration or large-scale remediation, we coordinate the specialists who do exactly that — so the whole project gets done right, by the right people, under one plan.
Tell us about dogs, cats, and livestock during scheduling. Placement of any equipment is planned around them, and you'll get a clear walk-through of what's on the property and what to expect before we leave.
We're based in Whitefish and cover the Flathead Valley daily — Kalispell, Columbia Falls, Bigfork, Lakeside, Somers — with regular routes to Polson, Eureka, West Glacier, and the surrounding areas. If you're nearby but not listed, ask.
For exterior exclusion and treatment, usually not. Interior inspection and attic work need access. Either way, you get photo documentation of what we found and what we did — you see what we see.
Sealing without a proper eviction traps animals inside the structure — which turns a nuisance into an emergency. There are also legal protections on certain species and real safety issues working at rooflines. The order of operations is the whole game.
Yes — commercial buildings, agricultural operations, and public facilities, with the documentation and communication those projects require. See facilities & contracting.
